Ellie – Office Management, Administration & Accounts

EllieCircle
What would we do without Ellie to organise us?? Ellie joined the team way back as an apprentice, and since then has continued to work through her NVQ Business Admin levels – shortly to commence Level 3. She is now responsible for all administrative tasks, accounts, the scanning & numbering process for all records, and tracks every bundles progress with a rod of iron. What she doesn’t know about PDFs – probably isn’t worth knowing…

To recover from all that organising, she then goes home & organises the renovation of her new property…

Interesting fact – Ellie was the footballing & swimming star at school!

Carolyn – Paralegal

Carolyn has been with us since 2016. She is a history lover who graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge with a BA (Combined Honours) in Art History and History. Previously, Carolyn worked in the legal sector, having spent 5 years as an enforcement clerk.

When not working, Carolyn loves nothing more than travelling, country walks or spending time at home with her cats.

Pratibha – Paralegal

Pratibha is a qualified pharmacist with a distinction in MSc. Working in pharmacy during her internship has helped Pratibha to be organised during her work. Pratibha has been with us since 2016 and her passion for learning and highly organised mindset has made her an extremely valuable asset to the company.

Outside of work Pratibha loves playing sports, shopping, interior decorating & cooking.

Jenny – Medical Records Analyst

Working twelve years in the Paediatric A&E at Sheffield Children’s Hospital, Jenny brings with her an invaluable bank of knowledge and experience when it comes to medical records and especially those that pertain to children. Jenny also holds a BSc honours degree in Child Nursing.

Being around all those children for so many years might have put some people off having their own, but not our Jenny, in fact she has three little ones that keep her on her toes. When not working her way through medical records, Jenny enjoys days out with the family, keeping active with boxing and tennis and, when time allows, sitting at home surrounded by her plants reading a good book…or shopping, Jenny loves to shop!

Casey – Paralegal

Casey is one of the newest members of the team. He holds a degree in Biosciences from Sheffield Hallam University, 3 years of which he spent studying Forensic Science before generalising in his final year. Casey also boasts nearly a decades worth of experience managing teams both large and small, this coupled with his degree makes him a valuable asset to the team.

A true nerd at heart, when not working, Casey enjoys reading comic books, creating stories and characters to add into his Dungeon & Dragons campaigns and sitting back playing video games.

Fun fact about Casey: In 2008 he spent a month in Tanzania where he trekked through the country, spent a week helping build a school and climbed to the peak of Mount Meru.
